Inclusify FAQs
Direct answers for NDIS provider teams.
Review product scope, implementation, security, accessibility and commercial expectations before a walkthrough.
Questions and answers
Is Inclusify only a rostering system?
No. Rostering is one connected part of participant services, workforce readiness, frontline delivery, quality, evidence and funding.
Where do users sign in?
The secure application is available at app.inclusify.au. The public website and the secure application do not share an application session.
Can we start with one workflow?
Yes. An implementation can begin with a priority workflow and expand as provider readiness grows. Scope and commitments are confirmed in writing.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is shaped by verified provider structure, active services, workforce scale, workflow scope, migration complexity and implementation support. A written proposal confirms inclusions before commitment.
Does Inclusify claim certifications?
Only verified certifications and assurance reports are published. The Security and trust page describes design principles without implying unverified certification.
Is the website accessible?
Accessibility is built into the website and product approach. WCAG 2.2 AAA guides design and testing, supported by ongoing manual and assistive-technology review.
What should we bring to a walkthrough?
Bring one real workflow, the roles that own and approve it, the evidence it depends on and the exceptions that create the most pressure. Do not send participant-identifying information through the public form.
Does the cost estimator promise savings?
No. It exposes the current annual cost of selected administration assumptions. It is not an ROI, product-price or savings guarantee.
